Litz means that each strand of copper is polyurethane coated; this reduces the impact of the skin effect and the proximity effect!

  • Overall diameter:  2,5 mm

  • Conductor with insulation: 0.9 mm

  • Copper conductor: 0.05mm (at 45 strands)


Tips to assembly:

1. You have to heat up the soldering tool up to 450 Celsius.

2. Slowly touch the soldering tool to the copper and give it some solder (continuously).

3. A few seconds are needed to melt down the enamel coating from the copper. With the added solder, it will be able to transfer the signal perfectly.

The cable showcased on the image above was custom made for a Sennheiser  headphone owner, for he wanted something better than standard quality. The cable boasts symmetrical driving. As for manufacturing, we used Furutech FT-7445R type plugging, soldered with a Furutech FT-2PS-F on headphone side, creating harmony in quality.

Divided with a Stopper-HP Y-type cable splitter for added aesthetics and cable durability.
